Slow broadband

I've recently taken out super fast broadband and since it's been installed the connection has been extremely poor. I spoke to a sky advisor who said there were too many devices and suggested we upgrade again. I purchased the upgrade and it still very poor even though he told me it would support all our devices. Can someone look into this or I will have to change suppliers.

@LouiseJonathan Would help if you were to say how many devices are connected, and if you only have the sky Hub as the source device, no pods or extenders to off load some!
