From amazing to poor signal since fitting today.

The engineer came and fitted my Sky full fibre gigafast max, after I tial setup my speeds where between 900Mbps-1.1Gb. Soon after its down to 100Mbps. I've tried turning it off and on again, ive called and wasn't given must assistance. Whats gone wrong, what can I do?

@James-Lithers Are you checking all wireless speed testing or is there any wired Ethernet devices connected. On a FF900 connection from sky the hub should return on a device capable off doing so 900/110Mb/s from the OR connected fibre ONT.

 

First say if you know, OR Openreach or CF CityFibre connected with the ONT, helps give a fighting chance to assist you.

Looks like you have got the White sky Max hub for your connection to the ONT as you mention max in your opening!

 

Speeds can go up and down and network is shared so all devices want a slice off the cake, can be hard unless all off and only one connected to get the true picture!
