Slow broadband
I ran a speed test whilst stood over the router and got 77 download speed. Is there a fault on my connection. Please investigate. Thank you

@Gavlarq you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum if you want their help call them. However you can check the speed to the hub by going into the service checker in the My Sky app as it is checked daily. If the speed to the hub is lower than the guarantee for your hub then the app should offer support.
The aerials in the hub are designed to maximise horizontal coverage and can have areas with low signal strength within a metre of the unit so your speed test may be affected bybthat.
