@Eaves1 several possible reasons. First the boister does not match the Sky hub so forcexample you cannot use an old Sky booster with the white Sky Max hub which requires a matched pod extender.. Another common reason is the booster is out of range boosters should be placed halfway between the hub and where you nedd the booster.
