Slow broadband

My broadband is slower than the guaranteed speed. I've tried all the suggested fixes. Can you help me get it sorted please

@Bigbear Would help if you explained what you have, what you expect and how you are checking, but do have a look at the service checker and you last 30 day's history that sky see's to the hub and that they record. Links below and also about sky speeds.

I've been through all the sky suggestions and histories they say I can leave sky broadband as they can't supply the guaranteed speed. Or I can have some form of refund but they don't say how to claim it.

@Bigbear If the details are not in the way that sky communicated the leave/accept compensation, then you will have to call them direct to sort it out!
