Slow broadband

I have some issues watching streaming services. I've tested my broadband and got ghis message. But i dont think tge connection to the phone line is as it should be. I'm 81 and need help.

@BillG41 while not the tidiest master socket nothing us obviously wrong but bad weather may have reduced your speed - heavy rain and thunderstorms are not good for copper phone lines - however the autima tic systems should sort thecspeed over a few days. If it doesnt post again.
