Hi I am paying extra a month to ensure secure speed broadband throughout the house. It is extremely slow upstairs and will not connect to a boaster. It's is 35.1 download speed upload is 9.3
we cannot play on any games and watch anything on the upstairs devices.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Csidegirl3If there is something wrong with the booster then you will need to contact Sky and they will troubleshoot the booster and if it has failed then they should give you another one.
