My partner was told that she could upgrade our broadband. We previously had ultra fast and was getting around 400mbps. They changed it to sky 100 and now we literally get a quarter of the speed . Anyone else had this? Trying to get a solution or to even speak to someone who isn't a robot makes me want to pull my god damn finger nails out...
