Slow broadband

Hi,

since setup this wifi has been extremely slow, neither me or my partner can receive watsapp messages or things when connected to wifi. Our work from home is impacted as everything just keeps freezing, very intermittent WiFi

@AmyJo1 Have you logged into your account and had a look at what your broadband shield is set at?
