Slow broadband to Hub

Hi, for a while now we have been experiencing slow and unstable broafdband connections , we are on sky 35mbs with guarantee 18.5mbs. I have adjusted the MTU on the Router which has cleared the dropping of signal but the speed remains slow at only 7.3mbs. the speed 30 days ago was 20+mbs but over the 30 day period SKy reports when fault finding the connection to Hub  it is now avering 11mbs (and dropping) , with the last 7 days at 7.3mbs. i have tried all the Sky fault diagnosis processes to no avail as it always reports slow connection to hub.

the 30 day datta supports that we can receive faster speeds and would suggest something has happened before the connection to the hub.

 

please can you advise.

@ian254 if you have a black Sjy hub please post its connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
