Slow broadband speed

I have subscribed to 1 gig broadband and multi room guarntees, Line speed on wi-fi is currentkly at 19.35 mb downbload and upload is at 57.60 mb. The internet has been playing up for a few weeks now and we have ran online tests through sky and today my teams meetings would not work.

 

Can you please fix this issie as checking on my app its saying everything is good but a problem with my set-up.

By definition WiFi isn't 'line speed'.

 

What does the My Sky app say is arriving at your Hub?

Speed history saying 80mb to hub what cannot be correct as speed test today completed on wi-fi and its 162 down and 77 up.

That's an FTTC speed rather than gigabit FTTP, some something is confused.
