Slow broadband speed

Supposed to have 300mb speed but currently running at 23mb. I've run the service checker through my account which says everything is fine but it is clearly not.

@GordonN1 how are you measuring speed? If its on a device connected by WiFi it is lijely you are just measuringbtge WiFi speed between the hub and the device. Given wifi speedsxare affected bybthe layout and type of construction of your home they arenot reliable. To test a full fibre connection useca device connected by a gigabit Ethernet with nithing else usingbthe connection.
