Slow broadband less than 2mb

I moved to Sky Broadband on 15 April 2026 and was getting speeds of around 30Mb until yesterday and am now only getting speeds of 2Mb.

I have made no changes at home and the Sky tests show the link is up but running at around 2Mb.

Phoning 150 is no good as it just tells me to run the same test I have already done.

I suspect there may be a problem with the copper link to the cabinet in my street as before April I had landline issues that took Openreach multiple trips to resolve .

Any suggestions as to how to proceed ?

@CharlieTO run the online service checker as thst should offer an engineer's appointment after taking you through a few steps.

Many thanks. I carried out the same tests and this time a power cycle fixed it. So far so good for the last couple of days.
