Slow broadband, below 60mps

My broadband speed is below what I normally get and needs to be looked at. Also it has been like this since mid December so I am due compensation

@AndrewBlunkett to check if you are entitled to invoke the Speed. Guarantee log into the service checker in the My Sky app and click through go see the recent speed test results.if you are in contract and the speed has dropped below the guarantee for your line for 3 days continously you are entitled to a refund of one months subscription. However more importantly it should offer help to get the issue sorted.
