Slow WiFi

Our WiFi is running slow, if I am using my mobile it is now better to turn the WiFi off and use the mobile data. It is also impacting on being able to work at home. The checks come back fine but it is really poor.

My sky ultrafast wifi speed never anywhere near the promised speed and the suggested Skybtest speed of 150mbs. Typically only getting upload speed of around mid 90s at best see attached just tested

@CLW965  What is your minimum that you are supposed to get from Sky if you are on Ultrafast 1 with Sky. The 150 that you are seeing from Sky is to the router and not the devices.
