No purple cable came with Broadband kit. How can I activate my broadband since my activation date up

I received my sky broadband kit without a purple cable. I am unable to activate my broadband and my activation date is already running. How can I activate my broadband? Can I do so without the purple cable?

What broadband package did you go for superfast fttc or ultrafast fttp?

Has this been installed for ultrafast

If your broadband is still via a mastersocket you would need to get down to currys,pcworld, argos etc and buy a dsl rj11 to rj11 cable as sky doesn't supply them anymore

As you suggested, I went down to curry's to get the R11 cable. However, the internet is still not working.  What might be the problem? This is really frustrating.

The open reach socket in my property is labeled master socket 5c OpenReach MK 4.  I don't know if the problem has to do with the socket
