Slow WiFi

We are quoted 45mbps (speed tests are showing between 2-4mbps) cannot do anything on WiFi?

@DavidReilly94  What does it tell you when you run the service checker and then running a broadband test to your speed that you are getting to the router and also the history of the speed that you have been getting.
