Slow WiFi speeds and disconnections

Over the course of the last month I am experiencing multiple days where I'm falling under my minimum broadband guarantee. It seems almost every other day. There are 3 recorded days in a row where it's under the minimum guarantee. Today I've experienced multiple disconnections from the service. My wife works from home on occasion and relays on the network. I want this investigated and the issues identified and resolved please.
