Connection dropping, buffering & need booster

Hi, just upgraded to fibre. The connection when watching Sky is constantly dropping since we changed over therefore it's constantly buffering which is annoying. It never did this with our previous Sky Q box, which was much better. The connection on our phones is sometimes so too. Also we have a large house so we can't connect in some rooms at the end of the house so we'll need another plug in booster. Thanks very much.
