Slow WiFi speed

Hi

recently moved house and switched to sky broadban

its a new build house with timber plaster board walls etc

old house was brick

I Used to get 800mbps but I'm only getting 100mbps with sky

mysky app says should be 900mbps

im in the kitchen and can see the router 5m away and I'm only getting 100mbps

any advise greatly received

@Weggie What are you seeing on the sky service checker for the 30day history period as a first point to look at, broadband and the > to expand and see!
