Hi - my router is consistently slower than what my sky says it gets. I get about 250-300 Mbps download even though my laptop is next to the router, and my phone only gets about 250 on average. Today, however, I have only gotten 50. I put up with 250-300 for ages (even though I pay for 500mbps) but I'd like to log this issue to get it resolved please. I pay for the amount so I should get it. Even when I use an ethernet cable direct, I only get about 300-350 Mbps download

What sky router do you have?

Did you take out the sky broadband boost or sky wifi max subscription?
