Now Broadband down - Now forums also Down

Ive got no connection to Now Broadband, and the recorded voice on the support line says to go to the forums for Now Broadband, the forums are also down: https://community.nowtv.com/

Now broadband forums don't exist anymore.

Now Broadband customer support says check the Now broadband community forums for more help

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As already stated the Now Community forum closed down in mid June.

Im not using the Now Hub, im  using my own device (TP link) plugging the now hub in confirms the diagnosis form the tp link -

now hub2 Power light on, internet light off, wifi light on

 

Also managed to find this on an  openreach site :
