Slow Wi-Fi speeds

Hi.

been experiencing drop out and slow speeds across all

devices in my house , testes via sky and says fine , however I have ran an independent check and it's saying it's less than 40mb download which feels more like what where all experiencing and I should be receiving 500mb, so a fair difference, could you check please and see if there is any issues in the area and check our connection. This is a customer helps customer support forum so you are not talking to Sky so if you want them to look into this for you then you will need to call them.
