Slow Wi Fi Vs contract

I recently  joined SKY with a contract for 500Mbps, I already connected Sky Hub and the Wi Fi signal works but when I run the speed test it shows a very weak signal.

Attached test result and hub status

The 500Mbs for Ultrafast 2 (400Mbs Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed) applies to the speed delivered over optical fibre to the router, not WiFi broadcast from it.

You may get some improvement by moving the Hub away from that cabinet: a large chunk of metal with (presumably) electronic devices inside isn't ideal for WiFi.

Re: Slow Wi Fi Vs contract

thanks @TimmyBGood

not good news for me

Apparently most of the rooms are wired with ethernet outlet coming from a switch,

so any advice to increase wi fi signal? maybe a booster in one of the rooms?
