Slow Internet

Hi, we had broadband installed a few weeks back and it feels really slow. We let it go through the 2 weeks set up period and have continued to use it but across all our laptops / phones / tvs, they are all slow to load or hang. All speed tests show ok, but real life usage isn't good. Incidentally, the speeds test slower on computers than phones. We're hoping something can be done to rectify this as it's getting quite frustrating when working from home. Thanks

@KateStone  Was this superfast broadband that was installed or was it ultrafast broadband installed?

It was full fibre 150

@KateStoneunless that is G.fast there is no 2 week period you are supposed to get the speed you are paying for with full fibre.

 

Is the router colour you have black or white?
