Slow Internet

My internet performance is poor. When working from home and using Zoom and Teams, I get poor connection and others complain I am laggy.

I have run the speed test and the broadband and Wifi are showing as good.

Do I need to be sent a new router since I upgraded my Wifi?

Any other suggestions?

I tested my broadband speed today at 23 mbps download and only 1.8 upload which accounts for a noticeable deterioration in our internet useability
