Slow Internet

I live by myself, it is just me connected to the internet. When any app tries to load on the TV it is really slow, loading up websites on my laptop is slow, doing anything on my iphone is slow. When friends come round, they also state their phones run slow when connected to my internet. Please can someone look into this. Thanks. Chloe.
