Slow Internet and lots of buffering

We have very slow Internet, lots of buffering on laptop, phone and via the Sky puck. It's very frustrating.

We are experiencing the same. We have recently moved to Sky Broadband (900mbs) and yet it is a worse connection than our previous provider.  The TV (Sky Stream) is extremely pixelated during the evenings to a point where we have to switch it off. The Laptop that previously had no issues takes ages to download information. So much for speeding things up! We are supposed to get at least 600mbs but during the last two evenings it registered within the 400mbs bracket! Not good enough Sky! Happy for you to send an engineer around to ensure that everything is set up how it should be!!
