Slow Internet Connection After Plan Renewal
I’ve been experiencing slow internet connectivity since I renewed my plan. While running a speed test shows a download speed of over 60 Mbps, I’m still noticing significant lag—pages take a long time to load, and I often see the buffering circle turning constantly.

Re: Slow Internet Connection After Plan Renewal
@shahilsobjali the slow down is almost certainly not linked to your contract renewal. If you are confident thst download speeds are much tgecsame but you are seeing buffering overcwifi my first suspicion would be wifi interference which is quiteccommon as people upgradectheir homecwifibset ups. Simply rebooting your hub may help with thst as the hub will find tge least congested channel to use but in the long run you too may need tonconsider improving your home wifi as a single hub is frequently not able to give a reliable wifi signal in every room.
Anither thing thst can help page loadtimes is to add a public DNS address to the network set up on your devices. I use Google's at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 but Cloudflares at 1.1.1.1 is also very fast.
