Slow Broadband speed

Hi,

My Sky Broadband package is supposed to provide speeds of up to 71 Mbps, but I am consistently only getting around 4–5 Mbps. I’ve tested this using a speed test app on my Mac as well as fast.com, which reports just 5.3 Mbps.

Could you please investigate this as a matter of urgency? I rely on a stable and fast connection to be able to work from home, and these speeds are making it very difficult for me to do my job effectively.
