Skyhub still not delivered

My Sky Full Fibre has been activated as of today ,i.e. 6th of May but my Skyhub still hasn't arrived yet. When I go into My Orders page to track it then it says Awaiting Dispatch. It has been awaiting dispatch since the 27th of April. Please advice what to do...

Are you sure your activation happened today? Delayed Sky hub deliveries are often down to delays in your install but Sky havent told you.
