SkyQ green light. Router 3 green lights. No TV
Q Box had orange light earlier. Re- booted system and everything was fine. In middle of watching programme and it froze. E erything still has green lights. My phone lost contact but I reconnected that without a problem

@Uniquely+me hopefully your Q box has re-connected by itself but if it hasn't go into the network settings and follow the instructions on screen or see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-do-you-have-a-sky-hub
