Hi, can anyone tell me why my skyQ box is now not connecting to my sky hub. It has been connected without issue for years. Now all of a sudden when I turn my box on I cannot watch any on demand, box sets, Netflix, YouTube or anything that requires an internet connection.
in settings - status, the satellite signal has a tick but the network connection has a cross.
when I then go to setup - network - connect to sky broadband WiFi, it tells me to hold the WPS button on my hub. I have tried this countless times and it isn't connecting at all. I have turned both the box and the hub off and on at the mains, taken the viewing card in and out and nothing works. It won't connect to the net.
Any help would be appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jennifer11183 the wps system can only work if the Q box and the hub are close enough so have you moved either recently? If this continues you will need to ask Sky to provide a booster or send out an engineer.

Hi. No they're in the same spot as always. The hub sits about 3m from my TV and skyQ box.
