Do I need a new Sky broadband hub before my activation date as the only equipment sky has sent me is a grey cable and a black cable and a cardboard box to return my old hub
If you are moving from FTTC to FTTP, already use a Sky Broadband Hub and didn't choose to add the WiFi Max subscription supplement then the 'Conversion Kit' (an ethernet cable) is appropriate.
