My account services have been suspended and everytime I try to call to speak to someone about this. It says you have to make payment then and there or you wont be put through to someone, and the call ends if you do not enter bank details to pay. What can I do?

@Jasmine578 afraid Sky do expect payment in full and an ongoing payment method before re-instating your services and before you can contact them on the phone you have registered to the account
