Sky won't install Ultrafast

OpenReach HAVE installed Full Fibre in my street.

The OpenReach website shows that I have FFB up to 1600Mbps.

All of my neighbours now have super fast broadband.

Other providers such as EE & Vodaphone show it as available at my postcode.

Sky state that Full Fibre is not available at my post code... IT IS!!

Sky have promised several times to call me back with a reason but have not.

Any suggestions? EE want my business & a real person in Durham told me that 500Mbps is available in my street for a lower price that I pay Sky for 75Mbps.

I am a Diamond VIP Customer, been with Sky for 26 years.. I don't get this..??

This has to be red tape or political...

@JNM59 See what the BTW shows to your address postcode and exact home number, so fill the details as required. If you do decide to post back do not show any personal details. You will also be a new customer with other ISP's so reap the discount benefits from them and not from sky. EE bad experience and would never ever recommend but you make your own mind up on that one!
