I moved house on the 11th December. I initially asked to move my sky broadband to the new house. We were out of our contract period so had a new deal which I didn't think was very good. I found a better deal with Vodafone so cancelled my sky order. Since then my Vodafone order has been cancelled twice as Sky have not cancelled my order despite telling me twice that it has been cancelled. I'm not sure what to do next. I don't know if the operators are getting confused and are talking about my broadband at my old property being cancelled. I work from home so this is going to cause me real problems.
