Sky wifi max

Hi, this is probably a silly question but I am paying for Sky wifi max and wondered if I should have received a Sky wifi max pod with my order?

@Jade10Nov Sky only supply the extender pods in you ask for one because of poor WiFi spedds in a room in your home.
