I had a new sky wifi max router and it keeps dropping out. An engineer came round came round
on Wednesday and said everything was okay she said the booster was confusing my sky Q boxes and to unplug it. Since then it has dropped out three times. Last night I was out and had set things to record but the didn't as the network had dropped out. I have to keep resetting my boxes and it driving me mad. Surely sky should do something. They will not let me have the black box I had before back. It's Ridiculous
