Is sky having connection issues?

I cant log into sky online, tried to speak to them via messenger and it wouldnt let me log in. Their sever lack of communication needs to be looked at.

Hi @Gamer01000 

There are no known widespread outages & the Sky site is working fine for me. 
Have you tried using a different device/browser? Perhaps try using incognito mode.

I tried and Incognito mode is the same as a normal browser it just pretends to hide you and your history

The point of incognito mode is it doesn't keep cookies between sessions, so there shouldn't be any retained login information.

It doesnt matter since incognito mode and normal browsers belong to the same company
