Sky ultrafast

So i got my fibre installed today for my upgrade uktrafast however on my app it says theres wn issue with my order. Ive also seen that the ultrafast isnt on any bills for future, i also cant check my wifi speed

Was that the physical installation of optical cabling?

 

This would typically happen before the activation date.

Yes but I got it installed a lot earlier than the date I had booked and don't know when activation date is

Sky should have notified you of an activation date: it's not unusual for Openreach to put the cabling in well ahead of that if the local teams have some spare time.
