My broadband is running slower than usually. Tryed online chat but not getting anywhere.

My broadband is slower than normal, this has been going on for 3 days out of 4 now. Yesterday I couldn't access my emails. I think sky should compensate me for this.

Also you wont get compensation on the back of a forum post, and as Sky email is Free then the conmpensation would be caluclated at the total cost of the months email subscription, 31 days x £0.00 and lets say they compensate for 1 day that will give you a total of £0.0 compensation.

 

I know of no other free email provider giving compensation when it goes down.
