Sky ultrafast +

My broadband speed is really down and under. Supposed to be a standard 400mb/ sec for what I am paying 500mb/sec. Currently the speed is 130mb/sec. 
Very disappointing . Disgraceful paying for a service which is not even closed what was promised. Shame on you Sky.

@ABrugos How are you measuring your speed test? And with what device are you doing it with!

@ABrugos That is not what is needed, wireless wi-fi and a mobile phone, if you are doing that then test about 3 foot away from the sky hub, and allow the fast.com to finish completely takes about 2 mins, hit the update and post your screen capture like below!

 

Pictures have to be approved and cleared for viewing both ends!

130Mbs over WiFi from a 500Mbs optical connection is an entirely reasonable result.  All WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.

@ABrugos Here is a couple off mobile phone ones like yours 15 mins apart.

 

1st capture phone on fast1st capture phone on fast2nd capture phone on fast 10 mins later2nd capture phone on fast 10 mins later
