Sky superfast with booster vs full fibre 100

I currently have sky super fast broadband and needed 2 boosters upstairs to ensure Wi-Fi throughout the house. I have been signed up to Sky full fibre 100 and been told to cancel the booster subscription. Does this mean my upstairs boosters will no longer work and will the full fibre 100 "upgrade" be enough to reach throughout the house without boosters?

You'll need to return those boosters to Sky.  If the new Hub doesn't provide coverage then you'd want to consider adding the WiFi Max subscription supplement for loan of one or more booster pods.
