Sky stream useless
Picture and sound constantly out of sync i have tested speeds using netflix and i am only getting 60 mbps not the 150 mbps sky guarantees yet the sky checker always says speeds are great no problems !! Often programmes in playlist will not play and will not fast forward ,which i pay an extra £5 of month to do so ,I am totally fed up with sky ,wish I had stayed with sky q.

60 mbps should be more than enough for streaming TV, even UHD content. If you haven't already, try to connect the Puck to hub by Ethernet cable as you will always lose a fair bit of bandwidth over WiFi.
