Sky stream keeps sticking/freezing,.

My sky stream keeps sticking, or stopping and returning to menu, message appears, "please wait for programme to load" continuous, cant watch anything, sky engineer says all ok, broadband speed shows 6. Please help.

Try turning your stream box of for 20minutes and on again

  • my sky streaming keeps stopping freezing and says wait for Programe to load it's not good watching TV like this Jill
