I keep having no WiFi or sky streaming three times a week . I have done the unplugging and restarting it but nothing . ( today from 5am - 8am I have had nothing ) I have tried looking to contact a human to talk about the the issues . But alas no joy . I signed up to a two years contract and it isn't worth it . You get no proper help .
