They also show that your download speed is only 72mbps whereas with a line like yours you would expect the full 80mbps. This would suggest there is a fault somewhere although it isnt an obvious one so it may take a bit of work for Sky to investigate it.
I've flagged your post to Sky, look out for a message popup on the forum. Tell them you are having multiple line drops per day.

I don't know if it this helps but my broadband cuts out every day in the afternoon around the same time and then it affects my streaming services, it is getting ridiculous now, my partner needs the internet as he works from home and what is he supposed to do without it
