Hello, I have asked Sky to cancel my contract after umpteen years, gave them a date of my new Virgin install as tomorrow. My tv services are running until Sunday (as arrange and I received text) but it seems they have turned off my broadband today! What can I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tim+Fussell sorry to say not much unfortunately. Sky dont do the work themselves and Openreach dont work on domestic lines at weekends so suspect they actioned the order a day early. Openreach have a two week leadtime for any action so it can't be switched back on unfortunately.
For anyone else looking at this type of switch allow an overlap of a week or ss as these do seem to go wrong
