Sky says great, experience suggests it’s not.

We are having multiple issues with our guaranteed internet of 150 barely providing 5 when being treated by ookla speed test. My sky multi room boxes keep dropping off from the main box and need restarting continually. Works for a couple of days. The main sky box keeps saying it has lost connection to the internet then it comes back after a bit but this is connected by Ethernet cable. Some issues were supposed to have been resolved when an engineer changed the main box but left the modem as it was.

 I would contact  sky  again  that definitely  does not sound right  could be a fault  on the link somewhere  but i would ask for an engineer  to and check it again
